GreenLine Systems LLC (“GreenLine Systems,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates hiregreenline.com. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about any of it, email hello@hiregreenline.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us and a small amount of basic technical information from your visit.

• Information you send us in our chat window: your messages, plus your name, phone number and email address if you give them to us, and the pages you were looking at when you wrote.
• Information you send us directly: anything you include when you email, call or text us.
• Basic technical information: our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect payment information on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and follow up about our services.
• To send you text messages about your inquiry, if you gave consent in our chat window — see the section below.
• To set up and support your service if you become a customer, which can include connecting your website form, calendar and phone number.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to meet the law.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Text message (SMS) consent

When you give us your phone number in the chat window on this site, the chat asks for your consent to receive text messages from GreenLine Systems at that number before your message is sent. Agreeing there is how you give that consent. A few things we want to be clear about:

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information and text message consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages for us, and those providers may not use the numbers for their own purposes.

How to stop text messages

Reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@hiregreenline.com. You can also ask us to remove your number at any time by emailing that address.

The chat widget on this site

The chat window on this website is run for us by LeadConnector, and messages are stored in the customer messaging platform we use to reply. We use what you send the same way we use an email: to answer your question and follow up about our services.

You do not have to use the chat. You can email us instead at hello@hiregreenline.com.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do that work. That includes our website host, our email provider, and the customer relationship and messaging platforms we use to send and receive messages on our behalf. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our company, our customers or the public.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not run advertising cookies or ad-network tracking scripts. It makes two kinds of outside request:

• Google Fonts, to load the typeface used on the page.
• Our chat widget, provided by LeadConnector, which is part of the customer messaging platform we use. It sets cookies or similar browser storage so it can keep track of your conversation across pages and when you come back. See the section above.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and serve you as a customer, and afterward for as long as the law requires. Records of text message consent and opt-out requests are kept for compliance purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect information

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP, as described above.
• Ask us to stop emailing or calling you.
